00:14

00:19
Right
00:28
And ladies and gentlemen, we
00:29
are live on Facebook. I am
00:32
grateful and thankful this is
00:34
on the sevens with the PS be
00:36
metatron. It’s a great and
00:40
glorious day the the regardless
00:42
of what side of anything that
00:46
you’re on.
00:51
The humanity has been able to
00:55
sigh take a sigh of relief.
00:59
today.
01:02
You guys know, I’m not going to
01:03
get political or anything like
01:06
that on this broadcast, but I
01:09
am grateful. that. society was
01:15
able to release their
01:17
collective breaths. It’s been
01:18
like society has been holding
01:20
their breath and since this.
01:24
whole thing started.
01:27
And with the happenings with
01:31
the verdict. Society as a whole
01:34
can can just let out the breath
01:36
now what happens from here and
01:39
and where it goes, it’s
01:41
anybody’s guess but I’m
01:43
grateful for the side of
01:45
relief. Society can take.
01:53
With that, let’s start to
01:54
stretch it out. welcome.
01:58
everybody here. I’m grateful.
02:05
for everybody. That’s here. I’m
02:07
so grateful we have before we
02:09
even get really really to get
02:11
started. I gotta send a shout
02:12
out to a very very special
02:14
guest, a young goddess warrior
02:18
that I will refer to as T Byrd
02:20
T Byrd Thank you for for
02:22
coming. Thank you for showing
02:23
up it is. Much much much much
02:26
appreciated and much love and
02:28
light to you always so let’s
02:30
just kind of shake it out right
02:32
where you’re at just. plant
02:36
your feet firmly on the ground
02:38
as you’re laying in the bed lay
02:39
prostrate lay straight out.
02:40
Don’t cross your legs just have
02:42
a free flow. going and just
02:45
stretch it out stretch your
02:47
arms out. stretch your neck
02:49
out. Just you know kind of
02:52
loosen up. Take a. Deep breath
02:54
and blow it out and. you know
02:58
just become aware of your of
02:59
your area aware of your space
03:03
aware of your environment
03:04
become aware of your body and
03:07
and aware of of you know if you
03:10
have any tension going on or if
03:12
you have any any any pent-up
03:14
thing going on, you just become
03:15
aware of it put your attention
03:16
there and slowly just shake it
03:19
out just relax just relax. Just
03:25
relax, we’re going to start off
03:27
with a with three deep breaths.
03:29
We’re going to breathe in
03:31
through the nose, a very slow
03:34
and very deep and then we’re
03:36
going to briefly hold it and
03:37
then we’re going to release and
03:39
we’re going to do three of
03:42
those we’re going to do four of
03:44
those actually so we’re going
03:45
to breathe in. and then release
03:50
we’re just going to get
03:51
ourselves centered. You know
03:52
chase away all those things
03:53
that anything you’re thinking
03:55
about before you came here and
03:56
chase it away. So. Going to
03:58
take a deep breath in.
04:03
Kobe and release just let
04:07
everything fall away. Take a
04:09
deep breath in. Hold it. and
04:14
release. One more take a deep
04:18
breath in.
04:22
Hold it. and release. Now we’re
04:26
going to move into our breath
04:30
work or our master Self breath
04:32
work. We’re going to breathe in
04:34
on a five count to five count
04:35
is going to be a one
04:39
two. Then we’re going to hold
04:42
that for a five count, just
04:43
like we. breathe in and then
04:46
we’re going to release it and
04:47
we’re going to release it at
04:48
least on a five count but the
04:50
release is more of a pushing
04:52
out and clearing out everything
04:54
that you just breathe in okay
04:56
so hard to my. Clear. breathe
05:00
in. inspiration.
05:14
And release procrastination
05:17
just push procrastination out
05:19
push it out. push it all the
05:22
way out. Breathe in courage.
05:38
And release fear. Just let fear
05:43
roll out just like water off a
05:44
duck just push all that fear
05:46
out push it out. push it out.
05:50
Breathe in motivation.
06:02
And release perfect
06:05
imperfection you’re good enough
06:06
and your content is good enough
06:08
and whatever it is you’re doing
06:10
is good enough and where you’re
06:11
going is good enough. Last one
06:15
breathe in positive energy.
06:26
And release positive action and
06:30
effort just. energize yourself
06:33
energize yourself.
06:37
Now become mindful more mindful
06:38
of your breathing. We’re going
06:40
to move to our 7777 breathing
06:43
where we’re going to breathe in
06:45
on a a count, we’re going to
06:47
hold it for a seven count.
06:49
We’re going to breathe out on a
06:50
seven count and we’re going to
06:53
hold that for a second count
06:55
and then we’re going to repeat
06:57
that three times so there will
06:58
be no break in between. so
06:59
we’re going to go right back
07:00
into it so hearts and minds
07:03
clear. Breathe in your
07:06
creativity.
07:15
Your consciousness.
07:23
Breathe out your confidence.
07:32
And hold. your commerce.
07:42

Breathe in your commitment.
08:24
Hold your consistency.
08:34
Breathe out your compassion.
08:42

the tips of your toes become
09:07
aware of those toes start to
09:09
wiggle those toes and
09:11
acknowledge that that energy is
09:12
there now push that energy and
09:16
push your attention through
09:18
your toes push it. Your foot
09:22

09:24
up and around your heel push
09:28

10:35
hold it hold it become aware of
10:39
yourself. See yourself feel
10:42
yourself energized feel your
10:43

10:46
aligning in proper alignment
10:47
and in order. Push that energy
10:51
and that focus up above your
10:54
head into a light. See the
10:58

11:02
color. embrace that light see
11:05

11:06
reach up with your mind’s eye
11:08
hands. And embrace and grab
11:11
that light. Feel the energy of
11:15
the pull that light down pull
11:19

little further pull it all the
12:43
way down over your eyes over
12:45
your nose through your teeth
12:47
over your chin and pull it down
12:48
to where it is covering your
12:50

it there. Breathe in
13:14
Out
13:21
And hold.
13:27
Now push that light and your

the way to the tips of your
16:33
toes and hold it there.
16:44
Breathe out.
16:50
And hold.
16:55
Now, Marvel let yourself full
16:57
of light full of power look at
17:00
yourself and float around in
17:02
the A realm we are in the
17:04
fourth level of awareness where
17:06
every good manifesting thing
17:08
for each one of us is in our
17:10
own personal space fly around
17:12
in your space and gather up
17:14
everything that comes to you.
17:16
everything that comes in your
17:17
purview and within your grasp
17:19
just grab it all pull it all in
17:22
each one of them and deposit
17:24
each one into your heart.
17:25
Chakra. That’s. No matter how
17:27
many of them there are deposit
17:29
each one of them separately and
17:32
singularly into your heart.
17:33
Chakra and when you have all of
17:35
them, they’re pull your both of
17:37
your hands across your heart.
17:39
Chakra and hold it there.
17:43
Breathe in
17:54
Out
18:01
and hold.
18:06
Now as you feel each one of
18:08
those take root in your heart,
18:10
Chakra and go to the center of
18:12
your soul begin to expand the
18:14
light out from your body expand
18:17
it out to where it is one in
18:20
your mind’s eye view and then
18:22
becomes one with the universe
18:24
and then one universe now with
18:27
your body do the same thing
18:29
expand your body out to where
18:31
it meets the light and becomes
18:33
one with the light and then one
18:35
with the universe and then one
18:36
universe and now. Everything
18:39
you put into your heart Chakra
18:41
expand those out to where they
18:43
meet the light they meet your
18:44
body. They meet the universe
18:46
and they all become one and
18:50
hold that there. breathe in.
19:03
Out
19:09
And hold.
19:13
And as you just wonder around
19:15
in amazement of yourself and
19:17
all that you will do begin to
19:20
contract the light begin to
19:22
contract your body begin to
19:25
contract those things that were
19:26
in your heart Chakra until you
19:28
come back into your mind’s eye
19:31
view as the illuminated body
19:33
that you were focus your
19:36
attention at the tips of your
19:38
toes, your energy and your
19:40
attention and begin to push
19:42
that light up through your
19:44
toes. That light up through
19:47
your arches the tops of your
19:49
feet push it around and up
19:51
through your heel and your
19:53
Achilles feel that light go up
19:55
through your calves and your
19:58
knees and your thighs and
20:00
center it all into your root
20:03
Chakra now and then push your
20:06
energy and attention and light
20:07
up into your sacral. Chakra and
20:11
push the energy and attention
20:12
and light into your solar.
20:14
Plexus Chakra and push. Energy
20:17
and attention and light into
20:18
your heart Chakra and push that
20:22
energy and attention and light
20:24
into your throat. Chakra and
20:27
push that energy and attention
20:29
and light through your throat
20:30
and around your teeth and mouth
20:32
and nose and eyes and into your
20:34
third eye Chakra and push that
20:37
energy out up into your. Crown
20:42
Chakra and now put that energy
20:45
and attention and focus up
20:48
through your crown Chakra and
20:49
let it illuminate your mind’s
20:51
eye view like the stars. Hold
20:55
it there. breath in.
21:07
Breathe out.
21:14
And hold.
21:17
And as we come back into
21:19
awareness as we come back into
21:20
the now be mindful of your
21:23
breathing start rubbing your
21:25
hands together. We’re going to
21:26
take three deep breaths like we
21:28
did in the very beginning where
21:29
we’re going to breathe in
21:31
slowly, fill our lungs up hold
21:33
it and then release we’re going
21:35
to do that three times so
21:37
breathe in. fill em up. fill em
21:40
up. fill em up slow slow slow
21:41
slow as you can as you can hold
21:43
it and release.
21:55
Hold it. And release.
22:02
Last one breathe in.
22:08
Hold it.
22:11
And
22:12
release.

this ain’t no shameful plug
25:44
y’all need some real estate in
25:46
the east Coast. Let me know and
25:48
I’ll put you guys in the
25:50
contact. This is my baby
25:52
brother and I love you man much
25:53
love and I’m grateful that you
25:54
showed up. man love you love
25:55
you love you. Hey. Listen. I’m.
25:58
Say this from the bottom of my
26:00
heart, I’m looking for talent
26:01
to grow with on the West coast.
26:02
so if you have a license or if
26:04
you know somebody that does we
26:07
do, I mean no BS we do over 350
26:11
transactions a year here on
26:13
this I’d love to be able to
26:15
multiply that and turn that to
26:16
six or a thousand and some
26:19
local talent. So if you know
26:20
somebody that wants to grow
26:22
you, you have all my
26:23
information mark. I’d love you
26:25
to death. I got you alright.
26:27
man Y’all have a great night.
26:28
Thank you for having me y’all
26:29
peace thanks for showing up.
26:33
So, yeah, we’re going to jump
26:37
straight into first. I want to
26:38
open it up anybody got any
26:41
reports anybody want to talk
26:42
about what’s been going on
26:44
since we last met any changes
26:47
and statuses or just want to
26:48
say hello if you haven’t been
26:50
here before the floor is yours
26:51
to do that before I jump into
26:53
the lesson.
26:58
No one absolutely that’s that’s
27:00
good. That’s good. Hi everyone
27:03
Hey much love much. peace. I’m
27:07
doing. that. That’s that’s the
27:13
best way to be. That’s the only
27:14
way to be actually that’s the
27:16
only way to be sure you know
27:18
before we get into the lesson.
27:19
I’m glad you said that you’re
27:20
doing fantabulous because each
27:22
and every day each one of us
27:23
got a choice and we can decide
27:26
how we’re going to be and. Just
27:30
like you said, you’re fat is
27:31
every day I wake up I choose to
27:34
be great. I choose to be
27:37
blissful. I choose to be
27:39
manifesting. I choose to be
27:40
motivated. I choose that I send
27:42
the I send out a text and I
27:45
know some of Y’all get tired of
27:46
it, but I really feel like that
27:47
every time I tell you II don’t
27:50
lie to you about that. I make a
27:52
conscious choice to be
27:54
positive. I make a conscious
27:55
choice to do one thing every
27:57
day to. My end of my goals
28:02
desires and my active pursuits
28:04
and I just want to encourage
28:05
everybody else to today. be
28:07
mindful of the choice that you
28:09
make each and every day be
28:11
mindful of the choices that you
28:13
make each and every day I’m
28:15
giving a little insight into
28:16
some of the lesson today, but I
28:18
just wanted to press that I
28:19
just wanted all of us to know
28:21
that it’s your choice. However,
28:23
you live and however, you see
28:26
things it’s always your choice
28:28
so with that. 420 2021. What a
28:36
great Great Day. if you have
28:41
not. recognized the
28:45
significance of today and that
28:47
is what your flavor is please
28:49
by all means while you’re on
28:51
the call today, light em up and
28:54
do your thing know that your
28:55
host has been California
28:57
dreaming since about 730 this
28:58
morning. so it’s all. Today we
29:02
want to talk about the physical
29:03
self accountability and
29:05
responsibility of your physical
29:07
existence and the keyword for
29:10
today is acknowledge.
29:16
Acknowledge and underlying
29:18
theme for acknowledgement is I
29:20
could’ve I should’ve I would’ve
29:23
dot dot I am. No matter what
29:27
your age is no matter what
29:29
you’re experience in life, no
29:30
matter where you have been no
29:32
matter who you’ve been with no
29:34
matter what it is entailed.
29:38
Everybody has I coulda woulda
29:41
Shoulda. Story. I like to start
29:46
off this coulda woulda Shoulda
29:49
story. with my own.
29:56
I would have let’s see this is
29:58
up from fifty-eight right now
30:00
so. I would have had
30:04
approximately 40 years. on a
30:09
job with the city of Tulare,
30:12
California. had I not. wanted
30:17
to go to school. and play
30:21
sports. I would have stayed at
30:25
the job with the city of
30:26
Tulare. As an 18 year old
30:30
nineteen year-old kid and by
30:32
now I probably would have. you
30:36
know rose through the ranks had
30:38
various different positions and
30:40
would have accomplished. quite
30:43
a few things. That wasn’t in
30:47
the carbs. I could have.
30:53
Been close to a
30:58
35 year. career in the United
31:02
States Navy. had I not had the
31:06
temper. and the proclivity to
31:11
drink multiple bottles of wine
31:14
and then start fights I could
31:17
have been could have been
31:20
coming up on 35 years in the
31:22
United States Navy. I Should
31:27
have. not left my job at Denzel
31:35
Sells California incorporated.
31:38
in Long Beach, California.
31:40
because II would have had I
31:43
would have been knocking on the
31:45
door to twenty. years with
31:48
them. So you know when I talk
31:52
about knowledge and we’re
31:54
dealing with the physical self
31:56
accountability and
31:57
responsibility of your physical
31:59
existence, I talk about a
32:00
knowledge I have already been
32:02
through this acknowledgement
32:04
phases. I could’ve should’ve
32:06
would’ve, but for the sake of
32:07
this lesson, I’m going to I’m
32:09
willing to put our mind out
32:11
just for an example, just so
32:12
that we can open up this
32:14
discussion and let each and
32:15
everyone of us know that we all
32:17
have these things no matter how
32:18
old you are and no matter how
32:20
long you’ve been living in and
32:22
experience in life. So I like
32:23
to. With with the inventory of
32:28
your physical existence and
32:31
just like just like we have
32:34
when we when we have to move.
32:37
Our apartments or move our
32:40
houses or move from one to
32:42
another, You know, not many of
32:45
us taking inventory, but but we
32:47
do realize just how much stuff
32:50
how much stuff we’ve gotten and
32:53
how much stuff we’ve
32:54
accumulated. I don’t know has
32:56
this happened to anybody else
32:57
other than me that I move into
32:59
a place and I barely got
33:01
something to put on the floor
33:02
and by the time I’m moving, I
33:04
need five trucks and three
33:06
storage facilities and I don’t
33:07
know where half of the. That
33:10
reminds me when when when I
33:12
moved out, this is jolene. hi
33:14
everybody. This is Jolene II
33:15
had a box full of my designer
33:18
bags and designers and all of
33:21
my CDs and and don’t you know I
33:24
lost my brother gave me a $800
33:27
coach bag when I graduated.
33:30
With my masters and don’t you
33:32
know, I lost it and I’m just
33:34
realizing because I thought it
33:36
was in my storage and I just I
33:38
just emptied it out. I thought
33:39
all that time it was there and
33:41
it’s gone I forgot and I’m
33:42
kicking my. I’m kicking myself
33:45
every single day. I’m so. man I
33:49
wish I could tell y’all.
33:53
everywhere in the state of
33:56
California. that there is some.
34:00
My clothing and or some type of
34:04
property stored somewhere,
34:06
they’re probably some places
34:08
that I don’t even forgot that I
34:10
left things there and I’m not
34:12
talking about like leaving the
34:13
book or something. I’m talking
34:13
about leaving a whole library,
34:15
leaving a whole wardrobe,
34:17
leaving a whole bucket of
34:18
shoes. I mean. Oh yeah, I
34:26
definitely second you.
34:28
Absolutely so so start with the
34:31
inventory of your physical
34:33
existence and since we’re
34:34
talking talking about the
34:35
physical self, we’re going to
34:37
talk about that Physical
34:38
inventory. Let’s look at
34:41
growing up as a kid. how many
34:43
of us can look at our legs our
34:45
elbows, our arms and neck
34:47
anywhere on our bodies and see
34:49
some scars. Where you don’t we
34:53
used to call it scrub. Yeah,
34:55
you don’t yeah. I have a story.
34:58
I have AA trick big toe on my
35:02
right foot when I was probably
35:06
789 years old we had set up a
35:08
baseball field in this vacant
35:10
lot next door to my house and
35:12
the only thing that we could
35:14
find at the time for a second
35:16
base was a cinder block. You
35:19
know one of them pyramid that
35:20
has the the point shaved off
35:22
and and they put put four. Or
35:24
eight of them down and they lay
35:25
a house on this foundation on
35:27
these things. well, that’s what
35:28
we picked the second base and
35:30
of course, I’m going to stretch
35:32
a single into a double. now
35:34
we’re playing a satellite
35:35
baseball with my friends and I
35:38
slid into second base with my
35:40
toe and it hit that cinder
35:42
block and it broke my toe and I
35:44
mean it it wasn’t worth a darn
35:46
for months and months all these
35:49
years later, you know I’m I’m
35:51
just going to say 50 years
35:52
later and I don’t. To do
35:56
anything I wake up and the toe
35:57
is hurting. I wake up. It’s
35:59
swollen. I take a wrong step up
36:00
or down stairs. I feel it. I
36:03
remember it. I’m talking about
36:04
this type of physical inventory
36:07
any of us play athletics got
36:08
any sports folks on the call
36:11
here any cheerleaders on the
36:13
call any any. did you work
36:17
where I grew up in a country
36:19
town so future farmers of
36:21
America, Four h all of that you
36:24
have been in banned. have you
36:26
had one of the big bass drums
36:27
fall on your foot. Have you?
36:30
Play football and got your head
36:32
cracked open as a freshman in
36:34
high school did any of us play
36:36
athletics to your jog or Your
36:38
muscles. You sprained your
36:39
ankle. I sprained ankles five
36:43
six times broke the ankle
36:44
twice. because I played
36:47
basketball my fingers, you know
36:49
every one of my fingers on both
36:50
hands that have been. jammed
36:53
and popped out. I mean, yeah,
36:55
I’m talking about that type of
36:57
inventory. so do we play?
36:59
Athletics anybody on your place
37:01
in athletics. Yeah I used to
37:03
play I used to play sports
37:05
pretty tough when I was
37:06
younger, You know, absolutely
37:07
man absolutely even even the
37:09
adult leagues until I started,
37:11
you know, popping and breaking
37:12
stuff so bro. bro. Look. I’m
37:14
telling you in let’s see this
37:16
is 2021. I my old **** at
37:20
fifty-six in 2018 thought that
37:23
I could just sign up for an
37:24
adult basketball league. No
37:26
warm ups, no running and
37:27
getting a. No nothing I had
37:30
went out and hit a couple of
37:32
shots and then fool myself, so
37:33
I thought I could just go sign
37:35
up and just go play. I made it
37:37
through one whole game almost
37:38
had a coronary 2 minutes into
37:40
the second game. I bust my
37:42
Achilles and that was a wrap.
37:44
That’s a bumper year was over
37:46
man. I didn’t quit until my leg
37:49
gave out on me. I’ll let us
37:53
man. any of us any of us was
37:57
like me and I’m still kind of
37:59
like any of us clumsy. I’m kind
38:01
of clumsy, you know, especially
38:03
in the house I fall over ****
38:06
get my own hand with the hammer
38:09
you know running to rails. I
38:11
know I see the rail coming.
38:15
anyway.
38:17
Clumsy like that, you
38:18
know, absolutely close your own
38:21
thumb in the door. I’ve done
38:22
that like three times close
38:24
them off. Yeah II. You know
38:27
I’ve done some dumb dumb ****
38:31
clumsy man clumsy. don’t fall
38:36
up the stairs. I know that’s
38:37
sounds impossible. doesn’t it.
38:39
I have fallen up the stairs.
38:42
There’s a few folks on the call
38:44
that been to the. Where I live
38:47
and there’s some steep stairs
38:50
where you have to climb up and
38:51
down well, I was drinking one
38:54
night and I ran out of ice and
38:56
the ice was upstairs so I had
38:59
I’d already poured a drink so
39:01
the drink was in the glass
39:02
about like here. so I’m walking
39:05
with this. I’m already tipsy. I
39:06
shouldn’t even be going to get
39:08
nothing else and I missed the
39:10
box. And yeah, I fell up to the
39:14
landing. I don’t know don’t ask
39:15
me. I don’t know how I got to
39:17
the landing. I can’t tell you I
39:19
cannot tell you how I made it
39:20
to the landing. I was grateful
39:21
and to drink didn’t spill. I
39:23
was just so grateful, but I’m
39:25
talking about stuff like that
39:27
anybody in a car accidents.
39:28
I’ve been grateful. and very
39:31
fortunate I haven’t been in
39:33
serious cars and I didn’t hit
39:35
somebody. going very slow It
39:39
wasn’t something that gave me
39:41
whiplash or anything like that,
39:42
but anybody been in in. I know
39:43
some folks be in serious car
39:45
accidents where you get whip.
39:47
And your spine messed up and I
39:49
broke a leg before anybody.
39:53
Yeah, I was the one in high
39:54
school I had to get stitches in
39:56
my head. Yeah. Yeah. Okay.
39:59
Falls. You know things like
40:00
that.
40:03
Take
40:03
that inventory of your
40:05
physical existence. Look at you
40:09
know I started working some way
40:12
shape or form I was like ten or
40:14
11 years old. I’ve always been
40:15
a hustler. I’ve always been an
40:17
entrepreneur. My grandmother
40:20
wasn’t having it, you know this
40:21
ain’t no flop House boy. you
40:22
gotta get your **** up and do
40:24
something hit a lick so think
40:26
of some of the jobs you have
40:27
when you were young. Think of
40:29
you know some of them summer
40:32
jobs you had during school. You
40:33
know I don’t cover a cow manure
40:36
with plastic and not in full
40:38
steel sheets and.
40:42
la
40:43
tile on the roof and then
40:46
laid in Hammers and. All sorts
40:48
of yeah, I was in the in the
40:51
United States and yeah my my
40:54
job title was I was a data
40:57
systems. Tech. However, I also
40:58
did other duties as assigned
41:00
and it was a whole bunch of
41:01
other duties as a sign that we
41:03
were Physical man. so you know
41:05
I hurt myself, I didn’t have a
41:07
drill bit break off and land in
41:09
my in my forearm and it was
41:11
sticking up just like that I’ve
41:13
I’ve had some things happen
41:15
that that go to the inventory
41:17
of my physical existence that
41:20
all these. Later, you know I’m
41:23
dealing with some of the
41:25
ramifications and some of the
41:26
effects. you know. I’m going to
41:30
talk about you know some of the
41:32
appetites and some of the
41:33
habits you know, I’ve had my
41:35
share of. Of illicit
41:40
substances, I’ve had my share
41:41
of of alcohol. I’ve had my
41:44
share of. Greatest creator’s
41:48
greatest gift to humanity
41:51
Marijuana I’ve had more my
41:53
share of all of that. I’ve had
41:54
my share of unhealthy food
41:58
patterns and I’ve had my share
42:00
of of unhealthy. lifestyle
42:03
patterns where I wasn’t
42:05
exercising. I wasn’t doing any
42:06
damn thing and I had my **** II
42:08
I’ve taken and I’ve abused
42:10
prescription medication in my
42:12
life before so all of those
42:14
things all of those things you
42:18
have to be honest when you do
42:20
your inventory of your
42:21
physical. Existence, you know
42:24
I’m grateful that the toll from
42:27
my illegal and illicit
42:29
substance use hasn’t been
42:31
detrimental to my health as
42:33
I’ve gone on and I’ve been off
42:34
of some of that stuff for
42:35
twenty some odd years and I’m
42:38
still every now and again I
42:39
look around the corner in my
42:42
soul to make sure that
42:43
everything is is is still okay.
42:45
I’m very grateful that you know
42:47
I’ve seen people that that that
42:50
you know not going by the
42:52
amounts or anything that they
42:53
use. I’ve seen people that use
42:55
certain type of illicit
42:57
substances. And it changes them
42:59
totally and it and it takes
43:01
them out of their natural and
43:02
normal mind. So I’m really
43:04
grateful because you know there
43:05
are some things that I’ve I
43:07
partake of that took me way out
43:10
there. I mean way to the to the
43:13
far reaches of the void and and
43:15
I’ve been grateful to be able
43:16
to come back from them, but
43:18
those are part of the of the
43:20
inventory of of your physical
43:22
existence as well. You know
43:24
what what are some of the
43:25
things that that we have abused
43:27
in our life? What are some of
43:28
the things that we have over
43:30
indulged? And what are some of
43:32
the things that have happened
43:33
to us? you know due to our our
43:37
playing sports or due to being
43:39
in car, it’s a do to be a
43:40
little clumsy or doing to be in
43:42
a little tipsy and we fall, you
43:43
know I don’t feel just as many
43:44
times being tipsy as I have
43:46
from just being clumsy. so you
43:48
know when we do our inventory
43:51
when you do that inventory your
43:52
physical existence, bring all
43:54
of that go as far back in your
43:56
mind as you can remember and
43:57
bring it all the way up because
43:59
there is there’s healing in all
44:00
of. Even for your physical
44:02
body, even if the doctor even
44:04
if the doctor has told you that
44:05
it’s impossible or you can’t do
44:06
this or you’re going to be
44:08
doing you’re going to have this
44:10
ailment or this hang up or this
44:12
pain for the rest of your life.
44:13
That’s BS. It’s bs. It’s bs
44:17
from the mind I rise and rule
44:18
from your mind. you can heal
44:20
whatever is going on in your
44:21
body your mind can heal it so
44:25
don’t take a final story from
44:29
anyone outside of yourself. Ask
44:30
yourself and ask yourself. What
44:33
is going on? That’s the
44:34
physical inventory? that’s the
44:36
inventory of Physical Existence
44:37
number two. Troy’s decisions
44:40
and well thought out plans.
44:42
that’s the I would have you
44:44
know what are some of the
44:46
lifestyle choices? that we make
44:50
we don’t think. that you know
44:54
hanging out. Away from home for
44:59
456 hours. after you don’t put
45:02
in an 8 hour work shift at a
45:06
job, we don’t think that that
45:07
has anything to do with the
45:09
wear and tear in our physical
45:10
body, but yes it does II used
45:14
to live in Long Beach,
45:14
California and II would go to
45:17
this cigar shop JR Churchill’s
45:20
It was on pioneer in Broadway
45:22
and there were some fellas who
45:24
were in some relationships that
45:26
they really didn’t want to be
45:27
in and they would go to work
45:28
for 8 hours and then they would
45:29
come at like. Three 4 o’clock
45:31
in the afternoon and they would
45:32
sit at our Churchill’s cigar
45:35
shop until we close at eleven.
45:37
and then they would be
45:39
grudgingly go home and I would
45:40
tell them about the wear and
45:41
tear and about some of the
45:42
choices that choice not to
45:44
confront the reason why they
45:46
didn’t want to go home led to a
45:48
choice of lack of rest. a
45:50
choice of bad eating habits, a
45:52
choice of over indulgence and
45:54
alcohol and or tobacco product
45:56
and raising of stress and
45:59
anxiety because every time they
46:00
got close to closing time, they
46:02
stress and anxiety would just
46:04
raise up to to a level like oh
46:05
my god, you know. It is. any of
46:08
us ever been in a relationship
46:10
that we’ve at the tail end of
46:11
it and you didn’t really want
46:12
to go home. You know how that
46:15
feels when you be like **** I
46:16
ain’t got nowhere else to go. I
46:17
gotta go there. You know how
46:19
you be you be like girl you’ll
46:20
be driving a slow as you can
46:23
you’re open every light is red.
46:24
You know what I mean that
46:25
that’s when you don’t want to
46:27
face something. That’s that’s
46:29
that anxiety and that added
46:30
stress that you don’t even need
46:31
to be dealing with you don’t
46:32
need to deal with. It’s a
46:34
lifestyle choice that affects
46:36
you physically being stand. A
46:39
relationship too long, you
46:40
don’t think it affects you
46:42
physically. yes, it does it
46:43
affects you physically not
46:45
doing what you’re aligned to
46:47
do. Yes it affects you
46:48
physically. I was making great
46:51
money and doing what I thought
46:52
I was aligned to do and the
46:53
whole time I was destroying my
46:56
body because I wasn’t aligned
46:57
with what my sole purpose was,
46:59
I was aligned with what my with
47:00
my ego had to say, so I wasn’t
47:03
in alignment with my sole
47:04
purpose had to say so it was a
47:06
lifestyle choice that in fact.
47:08
On one hand, I was, I said, but
47:10
on the other hand, I was
47:12
killing myself. so where’s the
47:13
benefit in that you know, I
47:16
want to ask us. I want to ask
47:17
us choices decision well
47:18
thought out plan some of the
47:19
best things that we think about
47:21
some of the best options that
47:24
pop up our soul really tells us
47:26
not to do it, but we still we
47:29
still. Anybody got any regrets
47:33
about some of you didn’t do or
47:34
you or a choice. you didn’t
47:36
make or a decision you didn’t
47:38
make or a plan that you didn’t
47:40
put into action. Anybody got a
47:41
regret right now. floor is
47:44
open.
47:48
Well, hello, yes. Oh. hi. How
47:50
are you? Alright II have a
47:55
regret that most of my regrets
47:56
or I should’ve would’ve is
47:58
towards my mother and you know
48:00
she wasn’t abusive. She wasn’t
48:02
she just you know she was just
48:04
like no I couldn’t go into
48:06
certain things like the Navy. I
48:08
want to go to Navy, she says.
48:09
No. I want to do something, she
48:10
says. No. so you know I’m now
48:13
in my 50s. I’m glad that she
48:16
said no, but at the same. You
48:18
know so I had to realize that I
48:22
can’t have my energy toward her
48:24
in a negative way. I can’t
48:25
blame. I can’t blame blaming is
48:27
heavy. It’s tiring some and
48:30
it’s just she. That’s what she
48:32
you know. Her response was, but
48:33
then I turned twenty-one too,
48:35
and I could have you could have
48:37
you could have and then but you
48:39
know everything that II felt
48:42
like a no no no of a mountain.
48:44
I wasn’t confident absolutely.
48:46
to do much and that’s what
48:48
happened. I didn’t have the
48:48
confidence to do. Do because
48:50
everything I want to do is know
48:52
so you do know that the control
48:56
and manipulation is a form of
48:57
abuse just like physical and
48:59
verbal. I don’t don’t it was a
49:02
manipulation. I just I think
49:03
she was just wanting me to get
49:04
married. My mother is a Puerto
49:06
Rican traditional woman and she
49:07
wanted her children to be
49:10
married, have children young
49:11
the way she did the way she was
49:13
expected of her and she did
49:14
that, but you know there wasn’t
49:17
working for me. I didn’t want
49:18
to do that. Hey, you know I
49:19
know that’s. I know that’s
49:21
right. Yeah. So yeah. so you
49:24
know I look at some of the
49:26
choices some of the decisions I
49:29
made you know, especially.
49:34
in the roaring 20s some of
49:35
those choices some of those
49:37
decisions and even well on our
49:39
plans and you know I think back
49:42
now, I’m grateful like like I
49:43
was saying, I’m very grateful
49:46
that number one I didn’t fry
49:47
all of my brains out and number
49:49
two I didn’t. Either kill
49:53
someone or get killed. I’m very
49:55
very grateful because you know
49:56
I’ve I I’ve always played to
49:58
win. I don’t play just for
50:00
practice. I’m always ready to
50:01
go so I’m I’m very very
50:03
grateful and I know I had a
50:04
calling on my life and I know
50:05
there was something that I had
50:07
to do but it’s some choices and
50:09
I made some decisions and II
50:12
made what I thought was a
50:13
well-thought out plan and and
50:15
you know some things just
50:17
didn’t work out now. I’m
50:18
grateful for that because I as
50:20
I’m sitting here. In front of
50:23
you all, I’m the sum total of
50:25
all of those choices decisions
50:27
and well thought out plans. the
50:29
good ones the bad ones the ugly
50:31
ones and the unexpected I am a
50:33
sum total of that. However, I
50:35
do believe that your purpose is
50:37
your purpose and I would have
50:38
gotten here with any avenue
50:41
that I chose from a younger
50:42
man. I would have gotten here I
50:43
would have gotten to this this
50:46
place. On that note on the
50:50
choices decisions and well
50:51
thought out plans, I know this
50:53
may sound like it has really
50:55
nothing to do with that, but I
50:56
want to ask everybody on the
50:58
call right now. Do you get
51:01
enough sleep?
51:07
You can raise your hand in the
51:09
in the chat box. If you want,
51:11
I’ll need everybody to ask if
51:12
you can do you get enough
51:13
sleep. Do you get enough? I am
51:18
now.
51:23
Alright and do you sleep in a
51:24
bed? That is important, you
51:28
guys, yes the bed. yes beds are
51:32
important, but I get most of my
51:34
best sleep on the couch. Okay
51:37
then now now now there is AI
51:40
slept on couches. I slept on a
51:41
cot I slept in floor I slept in
51:44
a carport covered in a in a
51:48
carpet full of oil I slept
51:50
standing up. at this stage of
51:52
my life. It’s a bed. It’s a
51:55
bed. It’s a. I even if I’m
52:00
sitting in my chair, I got a
52:01
nice comfortable chair. that’s
52:03
right here by my computer if
52:05
I’m sitting in that chair and I
52:07
start to nod, I say nope, I get
52:09
up and go get up on top of the
52:10
bed because yeah, I’m not going
52:12
to cheat myself with. no sleep
52:15
man because sleep is your
52:17
friend, You guys hear me when I
52:19
tell you that sleepy friend I’m
52:21
going to share with you what it
52:24
used to take me. Just to sleep.
52:31
before I ever heard about
52:34
Ambien. I had to take excedrin
52:41
PM at night. Now, I know you
52:44
guys are probably saying, Oh
52:47
that’s no big deal. You know
52:48
you take a couple PM and you go
52:51
to sleep and that’s no big
52:52
deal. you’re right I had to
52:55
take fifteen. Of them every
52:58
night.
53:03
One five. One five opposite
53:07
fifteen of them every night
53:10
after. Two Rite Aids and Costco
53:19
banned me from buying them at
53:20
their store because I would go
53:23
buy the whole box. Yeah, I
53:25
wouldn’t you just go get one
53:26
container that had 100 of them.
53:27
I go buy the whole damn box
53:29
three $400. Yeah. they thought
53:31
thought I was making.
53:33
methamphetamine. That’s why
53:34
they stopped me from buying it.
53:38
I went to talk to my doctor
53:41
about it. I went to a doctor
53:42
and I talked to him about it
53:44
and he just flippantly said.
53:46
Oh, yeah, I can give you a and
53:47
I was like what is Abi and he
53:49
said. It’s a nighttime sleep
53:50
aid, you know and you take it
53:52
and make sure you’re ready to
53:54
go to bed when you take it
53:55
right and so I said, Yeah.
53:58
Okay. So I’ve been looking at
54:00
this little itty bitty pill
54:02
look like a tic Tac and I’m
54:03
like ain’t no way. this thing
54:05
will make me go to sleep so the
54:05
first time I took it. I took
54:07
one and like 2 minutes later, I
54:08
was like whoo. Whoo. Whoo.
54:11
Eventually,
54:15
Tolerance for ambient was so
54:17
high. I had to go to another
54:23
doctor. and get them little
54:26
blue footballs the ones I call
54:28
the I don’t give a you know
54:29
know what pills and Xanax so I
54:32
had to take two Xanax, I had to
54:36
take an Ambien and I had to
54:38
chase it with some good scotch
54:41
every night just to sleep and I
54:44
did this for years. this was
54:45
and that’s when I was in
54:46
corporate America because I had
54:48
a drug I had to drag myself to
54:50
sleep so that I could zombie.
54:54
Through a day at a job that I
54:57
really wasn’t satisfied with, I
54:59
really wasn’t the last three
55:01
jobs that I had I threatened to
55:05
fight the boss that fired me or
55:07
let me go or whatever it
55:09
happened threatened to fight
55:10
him. Do you get enough sleep?
55:14
Do you sleep in the bed now?
55:16
I’m so grateful I went cold
55:18
Turkey in 2013. since 2013,
55:22
I’ve taken any type of
55:24
pharmaceutical. prescription no
55:27
type of nothing other than I’ve
55:30
had to have a couple of
55:31
colonoscopies and then give me
55:33
a little something to clear out
55:34
my system, other than that I’ve
55:35
been straight so lifestyle
55:39
choices, lifestyle choices. I
55:41
get enough sleep now and I
55:41
don’t care what. Time it is if
55:44
it’s 630 in the evening and
55:46
it’s and I’m sleepy and I’ll
55:48
shut it down and I don’t care
55:49
if I get up at two in the
55:51
morning because I got plenty to
55:52
do I can entertain myself. Do
55:54
you get enough sleep? Do you
55:56
sleep in the bed? It’s
55:57
important. get how many hours
56:00
of the night you need to get
56:02
them regularly get them
56:05
regularly. regularly number
56:08
three crossroads and forks in
56:09
the road I could have I. Have
56:14
however, you know it’s always
56:17
always for me when I especially
56:19
when I was in my corporate
56:21
America phase and in my younger
56:23
face in my younger days, it
56:26
always came down to shall I
56:28
stay or should I go.
56:33
Crossroads or forks in the
56:34
road, I’d never I’ve never been
56:38
one to. At a Crossroad or a
56:42
fork in a row, I have been one
56:45
to always take the right. I
56:47
always go to the right always
56:49
to the right. whatever fork,
56:52
whatever Crossroad whatever
56:54
decision whatever even when I’m
56:56
driving in my car when I get
56:59
outside of the gate, I live
57:00
behind the gate here in Las
57:01
Vegas when I get outside the
57:02
gate, no matter where I’m going
57:04
to the first turn, I make it to
57:06
the right.
57:10
Always shall I stay or should I
57:12
go anybody ever had that that
57:14
every other job and you you
57:16
like the job, but you apply for
57:18
another job and you interviewed
57:20
and you kept it from the one
57:21
job and now they offered you
57:24
the job and you gotta you you
57:27
are in between leaving them
57:29
where they offer you the job
57:30
and either going back to work
57:32
because you might have went on
57:33
an interview on your lunch or
57:34
told you at a doctor’s
57:35
appointment or something and
57:37
you’re. In that in-between
57:40
shall I stay shall I go. Yeah
57:45
when we’re in the pros and cons
57:46
go ahead. Go ahead. Honey bee.
57:50
Oh, Ultimately, I just I
57:54
figured out the past couple of
57:56
years that it’s about what
57:58
makes me happiest so whatever
58:00
serves my greatest good.
58:01
whatever makes me feel good at
58:02
the end of the day is what I’m
58:05
going to do. Of I’m always like
58:10
but I want the paycheck but the
58:12
most miserable like I just end
58:14
up leaving absolutely
58:16
absolutely. I was talking the
58:20
other day to somebody and.
58:24
anybody else on this call. I
58:25
think it was last. I think it
58:27
was Saturday anybody else here.
58:31
did work work at a temporary
58:33
agency and they send you on a
58:34
job and you go out to the. I
58:37
say 8 o’clock in the morning
58:39
and the first break is at 1015
58:41
and you walk off. Maybe you
58:45
make it to lunch and you okay?
58:48
Okay, you do the whole full day
58:49
and it’s and when you’re
58:52
clocking out, you’re calling
58:53
the temp agency tell them they
58:54
ain’t going to work. Yeah, I
58:56
don’t know I don’t know I look
59:00
I’ll stop shopping at a store
59:02
over some things. I’ll be
59:04
feeling some type of way about
59:04
a whole bunch of stuff. I’m not
59:06
going to trade my time for
59:08
something that I already know.
59:09
first of all you ain’t paying
59:10
me enough and number two, You
59:13
didn’t say this in the in the
59:14
interview, you didn’t say
59:16
nothing about this. Crossroads
59:19
forks in the road tell them the
59:21
decision should I should I
59:23
should I finish college? Should
59:25
I go to the military That was a
59:28
Crossroad decision for me That
59:30
was a Crossroad decision for
59:32
me. Crossroad decision. shall I
59:40
swallow my.
59:43
intelligence
59:43
and stay in the
59:45
Baptist Church or should I
59:46
branch out and? The hell away
59:49
from them and do what I know
59:51
I’m called to do that was the
59:53
Crossroad a fork in a row and
59:54
crossroad.
59:57
Situation couple of
59:58
relationships that I’ve had and
60:00
the end was near for a long
60:03
time. Those are crossroads and
60:05
forks in the road and they take
60:08
their toll on you. physically,
60:08
you know you we hold our
60:12
emotions in our body. We hold
60:13
our our slights and our hurts
60:16
and our pains and our anxiety
60:18
and our our expectations that
60:20
are unfulfilled all of that. we
60:22
just shove down into our bodies
60:24
and it manifest in ailments and
60:26
aches and. Clumsy falls and
60:29
being absent minded and hitting
60:30
your own head on the counter
60:32
and all of that all of that
60:34
shall I stay or should I go.
60:39
Those are tough, those are
60:41
tough decisions. I I’m grateful
60:43
for honeybee sharing that in
60:46
those decisions and in my
60:47
younger life, it wasn’t always
60:49
the case. now. This is the case
60:51
when I face that at a crossroad
60:52
when when I’m at a **** road,
60:54
I’m always going to choose
60:55
whatever is serving my highest
60:58
good and or tangibly affecting
61:02
my material existence if it
61:05
doesn’t serve my highest good
61:07
or tangibly affect my material
61:08
Existence the. Deuces make my
61:12
choice very very easy. It’s
61:15
it’s not a choice. It makes it
61:17
very very easy number four.
61:22
This one might be kind of funny
61:23
and kind of painful. It’s what
61:26
I what I. Call What was I
61:30
thinking you know anybody out
61:32
there some mistakes in
61:35
judgement.
61:40
Leave. situations associations
61:44
or endeavors that were nothing
61:46
but prosperous and nothing, but
61:48
and nothing but nurturing and
61:51
and and it was a mistake in
61:54
judgment and then you get you
61:56
know I was like, I said I was
61:58
working for Denzel Sells
62:00
California in Long Beach,
62:02
California I created their
62:04
credit and collections
62:05
department nobody else before
62:07
me, there was no credit
62:09
collections. No kind of like.
62:13
Have right now today some of
62:14
the things that I created, you
62:16
know 1819 20 years ago are
62:18
still implemented in and play
62:20
at that company today.
62:23
I was hung it wasn’t about
62:25
money. I was hung up on a
62:27
title. You know I wasn’t the
62:30
title that I thought that I
62:33
felt I should have been I was
62:36
getting paid what I wanted, but
62:37
I didn’t have the title on a
62:40
freaking business card on a
62:42
business. I’ve entitled on a
62:45
business card. Allow me to make
62:49
a choice. and when I was when I
62:52
accepted the second job and I
62:54
was on my way back to my job
62:56
because I went there on lunch
62:58
or II went to the first
63:00
interview on my lunch and then
63:01
the second one I told him I had
63:02
a doctor’s appointment and when
63:04
I was on my way back.
63:08
I was was so overwhelmed by the
63:13
by the moment that I put my 2
63:16
week notice in right there and.
63:19
about 3 weeks into that new job
63:22
that what was I thinking moment
63:25
hit me. And, of course, it was
63:28
too late for me to go back.
63:31
anybody else have mistakes in
63:32
judgement like that. Well, it
63:35
could be it could be. you know
63:38
with the town that I’m living
63:40
in you know you see that it’s
63:43
it’s I like it too you sit at a
63:45
slot machine and you’ve been
63:47
sitting there for 5 hours and
63:48
you’ve been pumped quarter
63:49
after quarter Silver dollar
63:51
after silver dollar you just
63:52
swipe your ATM card time and
63:55
time and time again and you
63:57
just get tired and you give up
64:00
and and you you get up out of
64:02
your chair and somebody come
64:03
and put a nickel in there and
64:05
hit the jackpot.
64:12
That was I thinking?
64:16
most of my? what was I thinking
64:19
even now all deal with physical
64:23
and or I mean verbal and or
64:25
physical confrontation. I’ll be
64:27
honest with you guys. I don’t
64:32
accept insults. I do not accept
64:38
certain. Curse or profanity
64:43
words, directed at me. I will
64:49
not allow anyone to insult my
64:53
integrity or my intelligence
64:55
and I am a wordsmith so I will
64:57
tell you your **** off in a way
64:59
that you have to go get a
65:00
dictionary and the to figure it
65:02
out.
65:05
So I
65:06
was always the the the
65:08
type of somebody ran to me as a
65:10
kid and say, yeah and Jimmy
65:12
said this about you. I’d stop
65:13
him right there and I’d run
65:14
over to Jimmy and ask Jimmy
65:16
what you talking about man?
65:16
What you say about me. I’m I’m
65:20
very. you know, especially in
65:23
my adult years after eighteen
65:25
after sixteen, I became very
65:28
confrontational verbally
65:30
physically you know. I’m just
65:33
not going to let anybody talk
65:34
to me any type of way you know
65:36
what I’m saying that’s not
65:37
right or wrong. It is not good
65:38
or bad. It just is and.
65:44
Sometimes
65:45
I come out of one of
65:46
those verbal slash physical
65:48
confrontations. I’ll be like
65:49
what was I thinking? man? What
65:50
was you thinking? Because I
65:53
lose energy and and it takes me
65:54
out of alignment, it takes me
65:56
off of my friend of mine, told
65:58
me the high flying disc that I
66:00
fly around on it. It takes me
66:01
out of my master Self. Mistakes
66:04
and judgment Physical
66:06
confrontation verbal
66:08
confrontation getting on
66:09
getting in conversations on
66:11
social media on Facebook that
66:13
I’m not going to change. nobody
66:15
else’s mind politically. I’m
66:17
going to change your mind.
66:18
religiously. I ain’t go if If
66:19
you’re a sports fan or certain
66:20
team. I couldn’t tell you
66:21
anything different. This is an
66:24
example I always use people in
66:26
this generation that’s coming
66:27
up right now. They’re going to
66:28
say that Lebron James is the
66:29
goat the greatest of all time
66:31
some folks in my generation and
66:34
and little bit older a little
66:36
bit younger are going to say
66:36
Michael Jordan. Is to go,
66:39
There’s some guys like me that
66:40
think Kareem Abdul Jabbar is
66:42
the greatest of all time. There
66:43
are other people that think
66:44
some other player that I didn’t
66:46
even mention is the greatest of
66:47
all time those type of
66:48
arguments those type of
66:50
discussions those type of
66:51
scenarios are subjective. It’s
66:55
subjective because what
66:55
somebody else thinks about
66:56
another player. What somebody
66:58
else thinks about another
66:59
sport? What somebody else
66:59
thinks differently than you
67:02
politically? what they think
67:03
differently than you
67:04
religiously what they think
67:05
different than you on anything.
67:07
It’s subjective, it doesn’t
67:09
mean that they’re right and
67:11
you’re wrong or you’re right
67:12
and they’re wrong. It just
67:13
means that you guys have
67:14
diversion and opinions and you
67:15
have the Virgin beliefs and it
67:17
used to be okay. It’s not so
67:19
much okay anymore, but it used
67:22
to be okay. so I am even more
67:24
mindful now that about verbal
67:26
and physical confrontations
67:28
because I was just filmed this
67:30
past weekend by someone that I
67:33
was having both, I was having a
67:34
verbal and physical
67:35
confrontation with them and
67:37
they felt the need to pull out
67:39
their cellphone and film me and
67:40
I got. I got a kick on it
67:43
because I always say whenever I
67:45
seen those types of. viral post
67:48
go viral on Facebook, I said. I
67:50
don’t want to be in one of
67:51
those but now I think I might
67:52
be so I’ve I’ve been looking
67:54
the past couple of days. I
67:55
can’t find it, but I’ve been
67:56
looking. what was I thinking,
67:58
but I immediately thought what
68:00
was I thinking took me a couple
68:02
of days to process through that
68:03
and to let myself off the hook
68:05
and to get back on my high
68:07
flying disc. number five. Now
68:12
what now we didn’t have I could
68:14
have. I would have I should
68:19
have but now I’m 58. Now, what
68:24
where do I go from here? so I
68:28
could have dot. I would have. I
68:32
should have.dot.now. I’m to the
68:34
point where I am period
68:37
exclamation Point No more.dots
68:41
I am so when you ask yourself
68:44
after you’ve done your
68:46
inventory after you’ve dealt
68:48
with all your choices and and
68:50
and and and you’ve dealt with
68:52
the crossroads and you went
68:54
back and reconciled yourself on
68:55
all of those you reconcile.
68:59
What was I thinking moments and
69:00
and you’ve done all of that
69:02
work and you get to know what
69:03
you have to ask yourself where
69:05
do I go from here and and this
69:07
happens this happens at any
69:08
stage of life and it always
69:11
happen when you get yourself
69:13
busted down a zebra. I’ve been
69:14
busting down to zero seven
69:17
times where you just end up
69:18
with nothing and you start over
69:19
from scratch. So it always
69:21
happens like that. So you ask
69:24
yourself where do I go from
69:25
here? Where do I go from here?
69:28
II, you know at this stage of
69:30
my life, I enjoy where I live,
69:31
but I’ve been sheltered
69:33
challenged. I never say I’m
69:35
homeless because as long as I
69:36
got my soul, I got a home I’m
69:38
home with my soul, but I’ve
69:40
been sheltered challenged
69:43
before. some time by choice
69:47
sometime by bad choice. Y’all
69:51
did y’all catch that sometime
69:53
by choice. sometimes my bad
69:56
choice. Yeah, I’ve been
69:59
sheltered challenged before. in
70:03
being a part of three separate
70:07
skid row areas. and only one
70:12
time when I chase there because
70:14
of abuse of. illegal substance.
70:17
Only one of the two times are
70:19
bad choices but each time I got
70:22
to that point each time I got
70:23
to where my **** was scraping
70:25
on the ground. each time I got
70:26
to that point, I ask myself.
70:29
Question. Where do I go from
70:30
here now I could’ve gave up and
70:32
and and conformed with with the
70:35
vibration and everything that
70:37
was going on, but I always had
70:39
willpower. I always said no.
70:40
I’m a I’m a I’m a Phoenix. I’m
70:42
AI crash and burn and then I
70:44
rise again. so I always went to
70:47
that that renewal and then
70:51
rising. A scenario. so then you
70:56
have to ask yourself now. what
70:58
now what do I do now that
70:59
you’ve gone through all of this
71:01
and you’re out of out of space
71:03
to where you are desiring to
71:06
take control of your life. If
71:07
you ask yourself now, what
71:08
where do I go from here? Well
71:10
you go piggybacking on
71:11
something that honeybee just
71:12
said you go with those with
71:14
those those situations,
71:17
associations and endeavors that
71:19
serves your highest good that
71:21
align with your soul and that
71:23
tangibly. And and positively
71:25
affect your material existence.
71:29
Anything else is wasting your
71:31
energy anything else is is a
71:34
waste of your only diminishing
71:37
we we got one diminishing asset
71:40
when we come here and that’s
71:41
our time our time is
71:42
diminishing each one of us when
71:44
we split the Y from from my
71:45
mother, there was a timer with
71:47
a set number of years months
71:50
days weeks hours and. I know I
71:54
messed up, I put the days
71:55
before the weeks, but you guys
71:57
understand what I’m saying. so.
72:02
Seek out search for and serve
72:04
only those things that serve
72:05
your highest good only those
72:06
things that are aligned with
72:08
your soul and and with your
72:10
evolving and Awakening Soul and
72:12
only those things that benefit
72:14
you spiritually, tangibly and
72:16
materially everything else is
72:17
just waste. It’s waste. And
72:21
then we’re going to end up.
72:23
We’re going to run to the end
72:24
here. we’re going to end up
72:25
with number six. what I
72:29
consider damage assessment
72:31
damage control repair and
72:34
replace, and that’s where we
72:37
have to be honest and
72:38
realistic. if in the physical
72:42
inventory of your life if you
72:45
if after you’ve completed this
72:47
this exhausted and
72:49
comprehensive physical
72:50
inventory of your life of your
72:51
existence. To to serve certain
72:55
truths. You know you might
72:59
have. have a physical ailment
73:02
that that has been diagnosed by
73:05
a medical physician. You have
73:10
to make a choice. a lifestyle
73:14
choice there there are there
73:16
were lifestyle choices that led
73:19
to the majority of the ailments
73:21
that we take on to ourselves.
73:25
It was a life lifestyle choice.
73:28
You know, I am quite sure that
73:31
my years of Tylenol PM and
73:35
excedrin PM and Ambien and and
73:39
Xanax. And all other types of
73:42
junk that I took in order to
73:44
sleep I am absolutely sure that
73:47
they had a direct effect on my
73:49
colon and my digestive tract
73:50
and the things that I
73:51
experienced in 2008 2009 going
73:53
forward, I’m absolutely sure
73:56
that it was my choice to do
73:58
what I did from 2000 to 2007,
74:00
and then it was the Karma that
74:01
did to me. It was my choice to
74:05
do what I did and then it was
74:07
Yeah II paid for that choice.
74:09
so the damages. It’s something
74:13
that has to be done honestly.
74:15
we have to look at what are
74:16
some of the things that we what
74:17
are some of the self inflicted
74:18
things that we have done to
74:19
ourselves and how can we repair
74:22
them and replace part of repair
74:24
replace IIII mentioned this the
74:27
other other day that for 12
74:28
years, I neglected the hygiene
74:30
and the the regular maintenance
74:31
of my teeth and since since
74:34
October of last year I have
74:37
been blessed to have been able
74:39
to have gotten $7000 worth of
74:42
dental work done for a. And I’m
74:46
grateful it’s taking sixteen
74:48
different appointments. I just
74:48
came from an appointment last
74:50
night I have one more
74:52
appointment to go through and
74:53
this portion of of the the
74:57
dental repair and replacement
74:58
and restoration will be done.
75:00
I’m so grateful and I’m so OCD
75:03
about my teeth now I brush and
75:05
floss and gargle and rinse with
75:08
Listerine seven times a day.
75:11
I’m just every time I put. In
75:14
my mouth when I go outside and
75:16
smoke and I come back in, I
75:18
brush my teeth and floss even
75:19
if I ain’t ate nothing, I floss
75:21
and brush because I am first of
75:23
all. I’m so grateful for the
75:25
teeth. I do have the ones that
75:26
I do have in this mouth. I’m
75:27
grateful that they’re here and
75:29
that all of them work now for
75:31
12 years, I couldn’t chew on
75:33
this side of my mouth and now
75:35
I’m grateful that I can eat and
75:36
chew on this side of my mouth.
75:38
so I’m going to do everything
75:39
in my power to make sure that
75:40
the teeth I do have in here
75:41
right now. I’m going to. Them
75:43
for the rest of this
75:45
incarnation and I’m going to
75:46
show them that I appreciate
75:47
them by taking care of them.
75:50
That’s that that reminds me if
75:52
I could share we’re all we’re
75:54
all the all adults here right.
75:55
absolutely. so in the 80s I was
75:59
in high school. I think it was
76:00
early 90s when we had, I don’t
76:04
know where I was, but I was had
76:06
a some kind of class and they
76:07
were talking about masturbation
76:10
as a protection and so you know
76:12
learning. How to really self
76:15
soothe yourself and what the
76:17
whole understanding is so
76:19
soothe yourself so you you
76:20
won’t have to feel obligated to
76:22
have sex or anything like that
76:25
you know and and coming from
76:26
the I think it was of course it
76:28
was in the Bronx somewhere and
76:29
then I was young and I think
76:31
that was trying to protect
76:32
young ladies and young men to
76:35
self soothe yourself, but do
76:38
not run out and get a quick
76:40
pill. Do not go out and get
76:42
quick quack quack Don’t go. And
76:44
do a quick anything, yes, you
76:46
know and so you know and that
76:49
stayed with me and I think
76:49
that’s helped me not to rush to
76:52
get married because if you’re
76:52
going to get me a headache now
76:53
I can II don’t need the
76:55
headache I need Self smoothing
76:57
I need so soothing you hear me.
76:59
Yes, I don’t need the headache
77:01
that I think that’s what kept
77:03
me single so long and healthy.
77:07
absolutely absolutely the this
77:10
is the place of the physical.
77:14
This is this is that step in in
77:19
connecting with your master
77:20
Self. This is that Physical
77:22
Self step that is the toughest
77:25
because a lot of us are not
77:27
going to be totally honest with
77:29
ourselves about what we’ve done
77:29
in our life. A lot of us are
77:33
not going to give it all this
77:34
assessment because there are
77:36
certain things that we may be
77:37
embarrassed about, but you did
77:39
it. I did it. There’s some
77:40
things I was embarrassed well.
77:42
I’ve never been embarrassed
77:42
about anything, but there are
77:44
certainly some things that I’m
77:45
so glad that there wasn’t 24
77:48
hour news cycle and there
77:48
wasn’t social media and it
77:51
wasn’t Facebook and Myspace and
77:53
yeah. I’m very grateful for
77:54
that very grateful for that not
77:57
embarrassed just grateful that
77:58
it wasn’t plastered out for the
78:01
world to see.
78:04
So it’s it’s it’s it’s
78:07
imperative that we be honest
78:08
and then we’d be realistic if
78:11
if we are dealing with AA issue
78:15
that is going to be measured by
78:18
results, then we have to set
78:21
realistic goals. have to set
78:24
realistic goals if if it’s a
78:26
weight maintenance or or a
78:29
weight maintenance program that
78:31
you’re own and you. Target
78:35
weight is 150 pounds away.
78:38
Don’t set a goal that you’re
78:39
going to get there in 30 days.
78:42
That’s not realistic. It’s not
78:46
we have to be realistic, be
78:48
honest. be honest about your
78:49
part and how you got to where
78:51
you are and what these ailments
78:53
are and what type of behaviors
78:56
and things that I’ve done as a
78:58
younger person got me to this
78:59
place but also be realistic
79:01
about your repair and
79:02
replacement. be realistic about
79:05
that.
79:09
So I’m grateful for you guys
79:10
being here and you guys are
79:13
going to think I’m really
79:15
really out there, but I just
79:16
had a deja vu and they happen
79:19
so regular for me, but this one
79:21
was a really really powerful
79:23
one. so I’m very very grateful
79:25
for everybody being here today
79:26
and I’m also very anticipatory
79:29
because I remember what
79:31
happened to me when I went
79:34
through this the first time. on
79:37
the alternate timeline or
79:38
wherever I was at when I went
79:39
through this, the first time I
79:40
know what happened right. After
79:41
that, so I’m very anticipatory
79:43
in a very good way you guys.
79:45
stay tuned in the next couple
79:47
of days for some. most
79:50
transformative and and
79:53
expansive news to be coming out
79:54
from me. so with that, I’m
79:56
going to end tonight again. I’m
79:59
thankful I’m grateful. and I
80:02
want to end with just with just
80:06
this thought.
80:09
We are going.
80:14
And what we are going to do
80:18
along the way. As much greater.
80:24
and much better. than anywhere
80:29
we have ever been and anything
80:32
we have ever done. Believe in
80:36
yourself and believe in. your
80:40
own expansion into your highest
80:44
self believe in that it’s
80:47
attainable you everything that
80:49
you need to connect and
80:52
maintain your higher self is
80:55
already in you and your higher
80:57
self is already there. All you
80:59
gotta do is wake him up. so
81:00
with that I want to open up
81:02
anybody got any any comments
81:04
any any questions. still
81:07
waiting. On your information,
81:09
David but I know you’ll get it
81:10
to me when the time is right,
81:13
yes, sir just email it over to
81:15
me whenever you can. grateful
81:18
to announce that we will be
81:20
taking care of joy. Lynn’s
81:23
Reading this coming Sunday at
81:25
12 o’clock her time 11 o’clock
81:26
my time, so I’m very grateful
81:28
and excited and one thing I
81:29
have looked at and saw already
81:32
for you. Joy Lynn that yes, you
81:33
are moving and the house is
81:36
yours if you want it. Wow.
81:39
thank you. Thank you Yeah house
81:42
is yours if you want it but you
81:44
are moving one way or another
81:46
wow. Yeah. Alright. So I just
81:51
want to I just want to make
81:52
sure everybody knows that
81:54
Sharon or whatever that guy’s
81:55
name who killed Floyd, he was
81:58
found guilty of murder and
82:01
manslaughter. Oh yeah, that but
82:03
we don’t know I did. Oh, I’m
82:04
sorry we don’t get political
82:05
here though, but we’re covering
82:07
that. Yeah. Yeah we’re
82:08
grateful. We’re grateful that
82:09
society and the world as a
82:11
whole and America, especially
82:13
was able to take a sigh of
82:15
relief and let their collective
82:16
breath out today. We are
82:17
grateful for that. Thank you no
82:19
matter what. Of this that any
82:22
of us fall on, we are grateful
82:24
for that. Yes, we are mm hmm.
82:25
mm hmm. Yeah. we are okay.
82:28
Good. Yeah anybody else.
82:33
Lemons you.
82:38
This will lick it off because
82:41
it’s a lot of stuff that I do
82:43
remember that. That’s when I
82:46
will go through it even more
82:48
recently like I remember the
82:49
first time this happened,
82:50
There’s only one thing that I
82:53
don’t remember Okay. I think we
82:55
talked about that before too
82:57
and only one thing that I don’t
82:58
remember that I don’t know.
83:00
yeah and we’re going to do. a
83:04
deep dive past life regression
83:06
so that you can go back and
83:07
remember that. Yeah, we’ll take
83:10
care of that. absolutely. Honey
83:13

83:41

83:41

83:43

83:44

83:46
